Work or work + fun at the cinema in the city center

At Artis you are welcome to organize all these and other events:

  • Meeting
  • Seminar
  • Workshop
  • Conference
  • Press conference
  • Training
  • Lecture
  • Customer event
  • Company party

We have: 

  • 2 cinema halls (72 and 181 seats)
  • A café with a spacious view in the immediate vicinity of the halls
  • Private glass room for up to 10 people
  • Possibility to order catering or drinks and snacks from the cinema café (information and offers at eve@kino.ee)
  • Location in the city center
  • Access by stairs and elevator

In screening halls you can:

  • Display images, videos, slides, web pages on the screen
  • Use the Internet
  • Use head and handheld microphones
  • Come with your own equipment and technical support
  • Watch movies

Please book the hall at least 10 days before the event so that we can take this into account when making the cinema program.
Please note that if you wish to book the hall at the end of the week, the latest time will be agreed on Monday. The cinema schedule is completed weekly (Fri - Thu) and is published on Wednesdays, after which all time slots are occupied until the following Thursday (inclusive).

NB!

In the event of cancellation of a specially ordered private screening or event later than the Tuesday preceding the event, a cancellation fee of €50 + VAT per each booked hour will apply. From this date onward, the cinema schedule and screenings for the week are considered finalized, and the reserved time slot for the private event may no longer be replaceable.

For example, if a 2.5-hour private event is cancelled two days before the scheduled date, the cancellation fee will be €125 + VAT.

The cancellation fee will be issued by invoice. In the event of non-payment, the claim will be forwarded for debt collection.
