The Wayfarers

"Travelers" talks about migration and adaptation through the eyes of three different Estonian women living in Siberia. Linda (88) knows everything about the history of a small Estonian community, which is sometimes drained of blood. Linda is old enough not to be afraid of anything and even dare to go to Putin herself. Miili, in her best years, works in the local administration and, if necessary, goes to the parade and takes Putin's "signed" birthday cards to retirees. Student Maša is still looking for her Estonian roots. She loves the local nature, but in the long run she considers her life in Russia intolerable, wanting to "return" to Estonia above all else.

Eva Sepping is a video artist, who has participated in many group exhibitions and multimedia projects. "Wanderers" is her first documentary.
