Race for Glory: Audi vs. Lancia

At 1983 World Rally Championship, intense rivalry develops between the team Audi Sport GmbH with their car Audi Quattro and led by Roland Gumpert (Bruhl), and the team Lancia Abarth under the leadership of Cesare Fiorio (Scamarcio) with their car Lancia Rally 037, with the German team being the favourites to win.[2] With only 103 models of Lancia Rally 037 built, team Lancia subverts the required homologation minimum of 200 (which is historically inaccurate) - and it hires the renowned German rally driver Walter Röhrl (Bruch) to drive in one half of the 1983 season races.
