In the year 746, during the Tang Dynasty, a banquet is given in the Imperial City in honour of Emperor Li's favourite concubine. An unsatisfied craving, suspected infidelity and fevered imagination lead Yang to bitter excess, which not even the luscious lychee can appease.

"Koukou" is a visual work based on an abstract animation synchronised with a song comprising the unique syllabic sounds of the Japanese language, without actually using any full words.

Anthropoid creatures with plugs in place of heads are up to mischief. Instead of abandoning oneself to the dictates of the raised finger, they soon submit to themselves. But the fingers also finger around. Is it love?

A man with social phobia gets his life, full of routines, drastically changed. A naive and clumsy creature appears and starts following him. Terrified the man tries to escape, unaware that the creature actually is a helper with slightly unconventional methods.
