This fantastical film tells a story of Gaspard – small-time bar singer in Paris who, after hard break-ups has promised not to fell in love again. At one night, when walking home, he finds an injured mermaid Lula at the banks of Seine. He takes her home to heal and soon learns that every man who falls in love with a beautiful mermaid, will die.
